What are the payment options?

We accept all types of card payments, including PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! They range from £10-£250

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all items except custom orders. Postage cost will not be covered for the return, but hopefully a return isn't necessary and you love your order :)

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Your package will most Iikely be delivered within a few days, but it's great to check with your neighbours and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our contact us, within 14
days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may
assist you further! )
